Description: Sodos, also called economic, or olive oil, are very simple cakes, made with traditional ingredients, and whose recipe yields a lot, which makes them economical. They are dry but very fluffy cakes, which are great for snacks, or simply to accompany a cup of tea.

Description: Cake made from eggs, sugar, almonds, butter, cinnamon and lard (in the past it was made with Alentejo pork bacon). Its interior color is golden-brown.

It is shaped like a low spherical cap, covered with strings of eggs and decorated with candied fruit or silver sweet pearls. However, because it is a very famous sweet, although expensive, there are those who manufacture it in small size, that is, sweets with about 5 to 6 cm in diameter.

Description: The Tigelada has the shape of a disc 2 cm thick and 10 to 12 cm in diameter. It has a brownish-yellow color and a polished texture. Its lower part is honeycomb due to the high temperature that the bowl reaches in the oven before the mixture is joined. Tigeladas are made with eggs, milk, unleavened flour, sugar, lemon and salt.

Description: Spoon jam cooked in a wood oven, inside a medium or large glazed clay pot, dark brown on the surface and yellow interior. Its aroma is essentially cinnamon and citrus fruits and the texture is similar to that of a pudding.
