Carne Barrosã DOP

Description: The Carne Barrosã PDO cheese is made with bovine meat of Barrosã breed, that although has the name of Barroso Tableland has begun in Minho region. It's a meat with white to dark white fat, depending the animal age. Has a rosy to dark red color.

Carne Maronesa DOP

Description: The Carne Maronesa PDO beef is produced with cattle of Maronesa breed, from delimited area of Marão, Alvão and Padrela mountains.
It's a meat with white to ivory white fat, depending the animal age. The muscle varies from pink to dark red color, also depending of the animal age.

Vitela de Lafões IGP

Description: The Vitela de Lafões PGI veal meatcomes from cattle slaughtered up to the weaning stage (5-7 months old) from either Arouquesa or Mirandesa breeds or their crossbreeds. It is a very tasty, juicy and tender meat. Commercially, the Vitela de Lafões PGI is presented either in carcasses or in properly packaged pieces.

Carne dos Açores IGP

Description: The Carne dos Açores PGI meat comes from cattle born, raised and slaughtered in the Azores, according to traditional molds. It is a tender and juicy meat, with a soft texture. Commercially, The Carne dos Açores PDI is distinguished in three types of product: calf, steer and heifer.

Carne Cachena da Peneda DOP

Description: Carne Cachena da Peneda PDO, obtained from Cachena breed, is a succulent meat, slightly moist and very tasty. Commercially, it comes in full, half or quarters of carcasses, as well as in portions packaged vacuum or in “cuvettes”. Four different specifications are accepted: veal, young beef, steer and cow.

Carne Arouquesa DOP

Description: Carne Arouquesa PDO, obtained from Arouquesa breed, is a succulent meat, slightly moist, particularly suitable for barbeques. Commercially, it comes in carcasses or in portions packaged in bags or in suitable containers. Four different specifications are accepted: veal, young beef, steer and cow.
