Ingredients used: Cod, potatoes, garlic, olive oil.
Preparation: Cook the cod well and after cooking, remove bones, skins and crumble it into lint. Potatoes boiled and mashed with a fork or passed through the passe-vite. Mix the potatoes very well with the cod and sauté over very low heat with olive oil and very chopped garlic.
