Preparation: Wash the fresh petinga, moak and cut the heads. Place layers in the pan in the following order: onion, potatoes, sardine, tomato, parsley, garlic, bay leaf, wine, paprika and salt. Let it cook.
Availability of the product throughout the year: It continues to be a very common dish in the daily life of the community of Buarcos.
