Preparation: Well cooked pumpkin, well drained and squeezed. With this pumpkin dough, add the eggs, sugar, flour, orange juice and zest, a little Port wine and the small chopped nuts. Mix everything very well. Rest for a while. Make balls with small pieces of dough or with the help of two spoons roll the dough. Put in the boiling oil and fry. The fat is removed and drained, passing through sugar and cinnamon.
Know-how: Pumpkin should be cooked the day before to drain well. Mix the ingredients very well.
