Ingredients used: Rooster; Onion; Olive oil; vinho verde; Potatoes; Chorizo; Bacon; Tomato.

Preparation: Clean the rooster, removing the giblets, and season it the day before with onion, olive oil and green wine. Take the giblets, chorizo and bacon and chop everything in the machine, forming a paste for the chicken filling. Separately, prepare a baking dish with onion slices, olive oil and tomatoes, place the already stuffed chicken and potatoes as a side dish. Bake for 50 minutes.
