Ingredients used: ½ kg of sugar, 3 l of water, cinnamon (to taste), 1 lemon peel and ½ kg of vermicelli.
Preparation: Bring the water to a boil with the sugar and lemon peel, add the vermicelli. When the vermicelli is cooked, pour it into a serving dish and let it cool. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Know-how: The amounts of vermicelli (dough) have to be well adjusted to the content of the sugar syrup, so that it is not too liquid or too solid. You can add a few pinches of salt, to stop the flavor of the sugar a little.
